Are you planning a cross-border cooperation project? If so, it could be useful to look what was achieved by the financial support of the South-East Finland – Russia ENPI CBC 2007-2013 programme. Information of all granted 55 projects are now collected to the portal of cross-border cooperation available at www.cbcprojects.eu. At the moment you may view the content of the South-East Finland – Russia programme in English and in Finnish. The portal will be further completed by adding information also in Russian as well as the projects from the previous Neighbourhood programming period. Projects financed from the CBC 2014–2020 programmes shall be added upon their launching.

NOTE: If you have registered to the fully booked event held in 2016 and already agreed to join the one held in January 2017, re-registration is not needed!
New contact information
Along the launching of the CBC 2014-2020 programme operations, some changes in the Managing Authority and its branch office’s contact information will take place. From 7.12.2016 on our official email address for all contacts and inquiries is official(at)sefrcbc.fi. When using this address, the MA may ensure that all correct questions are replied in proper time and the most suitable persons are engaged to topic in question.
Personnel’s addresses are in form forename.surname(at)sefrcbc.fi and when proceeding with issues of more details and consultation these emails are used as well.
Call for proposals are opened in January 2017
In its second meeting on 26-27.10.2016, the Joint Monitoring Committee made a decision to open calls for proposals from the South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014-2020. *Conditional calls are opened on 30 January 2017, and the first deadlines to submit full application packs for the evaluation and decision-making process are 15.3.2017 and 30.6.2017. Applications may be directed to all priorities for the both rounds.
