PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION


Q: How should we maintain information and records of the personnel working for the project?
A: The lead partner must fill in and maintain list of project personnel (full-time and part-time personnel) in the PROMAS, Project management -page. Required information: name, position, task and the start and end date of working in the project. (Programme Manual Part D, chapter 3.2).


Q: Where and how should we keep information and documentation of the purchases for the project?
A: The lead partner must keep the full list of purchases in the PROMAS, Project management -page. All purchases, goods and services must be listed and the documents concerning procurement procedures must be uploaded as annexes. (Programme Manual Part D, chapter 3.2).
