The Joint Monitoring Committee had its fourth meeting on 20 June 2017 in Finland and, among other issues, selected the project proposals to be funded from the first call and approved the schedule for third call that is to be closed on 28/3/2018 with the financing envelope of € 6,5 Mio. More details concerning the third call shall be made available in early autumn.
By the end of August, the Managing Authority shall draw up and deliver Executive Order to lead applicant of each proposal submitted for the first call, marking official note of the award or of the rejection and its grounds. Thereafter, the lead partners of awarded projects are provided with the invitation for the grant contract negotiations accompanied with detailed information of the maximum grant, of any recommendations and/or requirements for grant and of instructions how to proceed. Negotiation process is launched on condition of ratification of the Programme’s Financing Agreement and the grant contracts may be signed only after its conclusion.
