Third round of a call of the South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014-2020 will be closed on 28/3/2018 at 23:30 o’clock Finnish time. Applications submitted in the PROMAS by that time, will be recorded for the evaluation and decision-making procedure, including following steps:
Each application will go through administrative and eligibility compliance check. This phase takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending of the total number of applications. Applications that pass the administrative and eligibility check will be forwarded to the quality assessment. This phase takes also approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending of the number of applications. The quality assessment is finalized in the Joint Selection Committee meeting, and the recommendations of the awards are forwarded to the Joint Monitoring Committee, which shall have its next meeting in September 2018.
The Managing Authority, together with its branch office in St. Petersburg, organised four applicant workshops in February 2018 to support and advice the preparation of the projects and finalising of the application packages.
